Provides short-term care for Richmond residents age 17 and over with mental health and/or substance use concerns who are experiencing an acute increase in symptoms or distress. Care is provided in the home in order to avoid or shorten a hospital admission.

  • Check eligibility

    • Richmond residents aged 17 years old and over.
  • Get a referral

    Client must be referred by health-care professional. This Acute home based treatment program - Richmond referral form must be completed by a case manager, mental health clinician, physician, nurse practitioner or midwife and faxed to (604) 244-5487.

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.
