Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

Provides a broad range of coordinated mental health and substance use services for adults aged 19 or over. This service includes specialized assessments and consultations, case management services, rehabilitation and vocational services as well as psychosocial rehabilitation programming.

Community-based assessment and treatment for adults who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent major mental disorder and experiencing significant problems that interfere with their functioning in daily life.
