Audiology services at Vancouver Community Audiology Centre provide hearing assessments, hearing screening programs, counseling, and hearing aid services for children 0 to 18 years old. Adults requiring hearing services can contact their local private hearing clinics.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    ​Children aged 0 to 18 years who reside in Vancouver and Central Coast communities of British Columbia. We also provide services for children aged 4 to 18 years who attend elementary or secondary schools in Vancouver. Children aged 5 and older typically require a physician's referral.

  • Get a referral

    We accept referrals from other health professionals, or you may self-refer by calling the office. We encourage those with hearing concerns to see a physician as a first step, as some hearing loss is medically treatable.
