The Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use Team at Three Bridges Community Health Centre (West End) serves children, youth and their families with serious mental health difficulties and/or social, emotional or behavioural disturbances. We are committed to early intervention in preventing or moderating serious disorders. However, participation is voluntary.

    • Resident of Vancouver
  • Find your team

    Find a location for a support team for children and youth aged 6 to 18 years old. The city has been divided into catchment areas for better and closer support. You should confirm your address with the clinic to ensure you are within the correct catchment area.

  • Wednesday:   9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday:   9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday:   9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

Walk-in intakes are accepted on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parking and transportation

Metered parking is available in the surrounding streets. 

Nearby bus stops and train stations are:

  • Burrard Skytrain Station - catch bus #002 at Burrard Skytrain Station and disembark at Nelson Street, then head east to Hornby Street.
  • Granville Skytrain Station - catch bus #014,004,010,016,050 and disembark at Helmcken Street, then head west to Hornby Street.

What to expect

Our clinics and programs of mental health professionals provide services including:

  • assessment and referral to appropriate services,
  • connecting with resources,
  • consultation,
  • therapy, psychiatry, groups and
  • education.

We are sensitive to the diversity of all families and have access to interpreters as needed. Our services are free-of-charge and voluntary.
