Fluoroscopy, often called "fluoro," is an imaging method that utilizes X-rays to capture real-time, moving images of the inside of an object.

How to access

  • Get a referral

    Have your physician complete the Medical Imaging requisition form.

     

  • Book an appointment

    By appointment only.  The department will contact patients to book the appointment. 

    Call (604) 822-1799 to change or cancel an appointment.

  • Language requirement

    An interpreter must accompany patients who do not speak fluent English or the exam may be cancelled.

  • Wednesday:   8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday:   8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday:   8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

The Emergency Department is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
