Harm reduction: Toward the Heart 

We provide harm reduction supplies including clean needles, sterile water, alcohol swabs, pipes and health information to support safer substance use practices. We also provide safer sex supplies including condoms. Naloxone kits are available upon request at the front desk on the 2nd floor.

How to access

Drop in during regular hours for needle disposal and harm reduction supplies, including safer injection, safer smoking and safer sex supplies to people of all ages.

  • Street level: The Harm Reduction Kiosk is at street level, in the main lobby near the elevators and is self-serve. 
  • 2nd floor: Naloxone kits are available upon request at the front desk on the 2nd floor.

Parking information

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.

Harm reduction and needle distribution sites provide harm reduction supplies, including safer injection, safer smoking and safer sex supplies, along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services and other social supports.
