Squamish Mental Health and Substance Services Intake

Our Central Intake team is available to provide information about our services and how to connect to mental health and substance use services for adults ages 24+ in the Sea-to-Sky area.

If you are between the of 12 to 24 with a mental health and/or substance use concern, please contact Foundry Sea to Sky to access support.

How to access

  • Contact the Squamish Assessment & Treatment Matching Team

    • Available to residents of Squamish ages 24 and up experiencing mental health concerns both with or without substance use concerns. No referral is needed.  
    • Call the Squamish Assessment & Treatment Matching Team at (778) 894-3200.
