- Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Patients are seen according to urgency. Due to high patient volumes, we may stop accepting new patients earlier in the day to ensure our teams have adequate time to care for those already in the queue prior to closing of the UPCC.

Preparing for your visit to Richmond East UPCC
Before your visit
Check wait times before you visit. Vancouver Coastal Health UPCCs are open seven days a week, including evenings weekends and statutory holidays. Before you visit, check approximate wait times and hours of operation at EDWaitTimes.ca.
Wait times at UPCCs vary and depend on patients' care needs. Due to high patient volumes, we may stop accepting new patients earlier in the day to ensure our teams have enough time to care for those already in the queue before the UPCC closes.
Bring your BC Services card if you have one.
During your visit
- Check in with reception.
- Return to the waiting area. Patients at UPCCs are seen according to urgency.
- Complete the triage assessment with the nurse when called.
- Wait until you're called to see the health-care provider.
After your visit
- Follow up with your family doctor or nurse practitioner, if you have one.
- If you live in Richmond B.C. and need a family doctor or nurse practitioner, register for the Health Connect Registry.
