Silverstone Care Centre is operated by Trellis Seniors and funded by Vancouver Coastal Health. Offering community-style living, the residence has a total of 128 fully private rooms with ensuite 3-piece washrooms. Each ‘House’ has 16 bedrooms, a dining area, TV Lounge, bathing spa, family lounge and access to out door spaces.
