Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) for facilities
The Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) for Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) are design requirements for consultants involved in designing projects for VCH facilities.
Architects, engineers and consultants designing projects for construction at VCH facilities must comply with the OPR. Any exceptions or deviations from the OPR must be reviewed and approved by VCH’s Facilities Capital Projects department in consultation with Facilities Maintenance and Operations (FMO).
The OPR provides owner-specific minimum baseline requirements above and beyond codes and standards.
