A phone line providing screening and information to substance use services and resources, with a focus on bed-based withdrawal management (detox).
What to expect
You will speak with a health-care worker who will screen and collect information about your goals, demographics, substance-use history and other related information. After the screen is completed, the worker will direct you to the service that suits your needs and goals.
Access staff will also provide information about services for adult men and women dealing with addiction issues. People inquiring about Addiction Recovery Housing Program will be transferred to the program.

Seven days a week, 9 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.

Eligibility
This service is for residents of Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, West Vancouver, Sea to Sky and Sunshine Coast.
