Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Outpatient Program

The Adolescent and Young Adult Program provides adolescents (12 yrs and older) with acquired or congenital disabilities living in British Columbia and the Yukon an opportunity to address their rehabilitation needs and assistance with the transition to adult services.
Services are available to individuals living in every BC health authority, including Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Fraser Health Authority, Island Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, and Northern Health Authority.
Adolescents with primarily developmental intellectual impairment or mental health conditions are not seen.
Appointments may be in-person, telehealth or via zoom.
