Having problems connecting to your virtual health care appointment? Call 1 (844) 442-4433 toll-free for assistance. The help desk is available five days a week, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Setting up video conferencing
Have you received an invitation from your health-care provider regarding a virtual visit via Zoom? Here's how to get your appointment started:

If your visit has been identified by your clinician as appropriate for a virtual visit, you'll receive an email from your health-care provider with next steps.

Join Zoom from web browser or download the Zoom app to your mobile device. Join a Zoom test meeting to make sure it's working.

Prior to your virtual appointment, review the virtual patient notice.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you'll receive a second email from your health-care provider with a link to join the Zoom meeting.
