How to access

  • 取得轉介

    • 可直接前往 355 - 2750 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC 進行轉介
    • 轉介受理時間：週一上午 9 點至下午 5 點；週三中午 12 點至晚間 7 點

  • 尋找您的團隊

    尋找為 6 至 18 歲的兒童和青少年提供支援的團隊地點。本市已劃分為多個服務區，以提供更好、更密切的支援。您應該與診所確認您的地址，以確保您位於正確的服務區域內。

Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use Teams serve children, youth and their families with serious mental health difficulties and/or social, emotional or behavioural disturbances.
