How to access mental health and substance use support in Richmond
Contact the Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use Central Intake team for help finding non-life-threatening mental health or substance use support if you live or stay in Richmond.
Call the Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Drop in at Richmond Place - 8100 Granville, Unit 600
Hours of operation for intake:
- Adults: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
- Children and youth: Tuesdays 2 to 4 p.m.
Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages.
Our team can connect you to the right services or resources when you connect with us. Services support children, youth, adults, and older adults. Some services will require a referral from a physician, midwife or nurse practitioner. Please speak to our intake team for more details.
