VANCOUVER, B.C. – Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) has declared a COVID-19 outbreak in Dresden House at German Canadian Care Home, after 12 residents have tested positive for COVID-19. VCH immediately implemented infection prevention and control protocols to prevent further transmission of COVID-19.
